Twili Form Midna Papercraft by squeezycheesecake Twili Form Midna Papercraft by squeezycheesecake
I'm so excited to finally have this done! If you've finished Twilight Princess you will know what this is... A papercraft of Midna's true from!

Xenon really deserves most of the credit for the template, I rigged up the cloak and arms and he did most of the editing and unfolding. (With minor tweaks and suggestions by me) But he did a really great job! It was a relative dream to build for the size of it... 6 pages more than my previous biggest model!

It's 16 pages and about 49cm tall. The tricky parts are the fingers and the headdress decorations, and that really is it. Well, for the order that I built it in anyway. :) It is necessary to have a fair amount of experience if you want to build it though - Don't try something you're not ready for, or you won't be happy with the results... ^^;

Get the template here: [link]
Notes, instructions etc. included in the download.

The Legend of Zelda, original 3D model and the character of Midna belong to Nintendo

Template by *XenonRay and me, to a lesser extent.

Photo by me, check out Xenon's superb one:

would you and Xenonray consider making this into a life sized template? I'd love to build her life sized, but then I'd fold her. I think it'd look better folded in that size and I'd just LOVE to make it as I made the life sized Zelda. do you think she'd look better smooth or folded life sized? my next build will be Midna in her imp form, one each for 3 friends of mine and then a life sized one for myself. I'm SO greatful for the Midna in her twiliform papercraft. she looks amazing and was a really fun build!

I love Nintendo Papercraft! I only figured it out yesterday when I found your link, and I am obsessed with it! Could I ask you something? I was online, and looking at the zelda papercrafts, and I saw the windwaker pig, which I love, and it said it should be easy and for beginners, but I am not to satisfied with how it looks. I wanted to know if you might have any suggestions for beginners, because I literally started today. I am a die hard Midna fan, and I really want to make this, so I need to get in a lot more practice, so is there anything you think would be an easy start for me?

Ahh, well some people will definitely find it easier than others! If you're struggling with simple models, I'd recommend trying some cubee crafts. They're essentially just cubes with pictures on, and the finished product is still pretty cool, but super easy to make. :)

Ok, thanks. I have tried many, but they seem a little hard, so I think I will try the cubee

ahh, it's actually quite simple really! :)
Building it is just cutting out and sticking together parts. Making the template is a little more complicated though.

What kind of glue do you use?

just regular PVA glue, but most of the time it's specifically Anita's Tacky Glue. Another popular choice I've head is Aleene's Tacky Glue. ;)

Please excuse me while I pick up my jaw from the floor.

And now excuse me while I go cry in the corner for never being able to do that. xD
